Developing our people and organisations
The Developing our People and Organisations pillar of Our Public Service 2020 has seven headline actions that aim to support public servants and their organisations.
The actions focus on sharing best practice in the areas of strategic human resource management, strategic workforce planning, continuous and responsive professional development, performance management, employee engagement, public service culture and values, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Action 13 and Action 14 were selected by the Public Service Leadership Board as priority actions in 2018. Action 12 and Action 16 were commenced in 2019.
