EDI ‘Vision Statement, Commitments and Maturity Model’
The Action 16 Team developed this EDI ‘Vision Statement, Commitments and Maturity Model’ with the aim of supporting organisations in progressing their EDI journey- while also accommodating the distinct challenges faced by public service organisations of differing size and functions.
Implementing the resources will also support public bodies to meet many of the core requirements of the Public Sector Equality and Human Rights Duty.
